By entering and submitting your details you agree that future communications by the BHF, in conjunction with Dendrite Europe Ltd (trading in its own name or as the Medical Mailing Company or MMC), may be sent to you using your e-mail address.
In addition Dendrite may, from time to time, use the information provided to assist responsible third parties to conduct direct and interactive marketing (whether by post, telephone or electronic means), to conduct market research and information verification, to produce databases of our customers' marketing activities and otherwise in connection with Dendrite's legitimate business or as required by law.
Third parties to whom information may be disclosed include the Department of Health, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), publishers of medical journals, pharmaceutical companies, Internet and other commercial organisations concerned with the promotion, distribution and development of medical products and services and the dissemination of important and sometimes vitally urgent information as well as other Dendrite Group entities and service suppliers. This may involve transfers of information to other countries, including countries which may not offer the same level of protection for personal data as is available in the UK, although Dendrite has taken security measures to control information within its possession.
"Dendrite Group" means Dendrite Europe Limited, its parent company Dendrite International and any entities, partnerships, firms or corporations that are affiliates or subsidiaries of Dendrite International details of which are available on request.
